Shipping Guide

My current turnaround time for shipping is between 1-2 weeks from when you place your order to when you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Holiday volume may affect my turnaround time. Please have patience and understanding while as I work to get your orders out as fast as possible.


We ONLY accept Shipping orders at this time.

We no longer offer

Pickup and Delivery orders.

ALL shipping packages are discreet.


Please keep in mind that this is a small business run by ONE person handling all the orders, baking, emails, questions, packing, shipping, supply runs, etc.
Thank you for your patience.


Please note that all shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and some shipments may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. We work hard with our carriers to ensure that you always get your package on time, but please be advised that delays are probable due to these crazy times!  

Tracking information through USPS/UPS will be sent by email within 2 business days of when your order has been shipped.
If you have not received tracking information after 14 calendar days of placing your order please send us an email at

Monthly Subscription boxes MAY be mailed out between the 1st and 2nd Saturday of the month. Shipping times may vary due to demand.

 

Once a package has been shipped it is up to the customer to keep up with tracking. Everyone receives an email with tracking information as soon as the label is printed.

Smokahontas Bakery will not be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, delivered to the wrong address, incorrect addresses, or packages sent to vacant homes. 
Smokahontas Bakery will not be held responsible for customer placed incorrect or accidental orders.
If we incorrectly fulfill your order please contact us to rectify your order.

If any of the above actions happen, you will not be given a refund as we held up our end of the purchase. If a package is returned to Smokahontas Bakery we will contact you and you must pay for another shipping label to be created. 

Store credits are offered in limited circumstances.

All sales are final.

In rare circumstances, we do have the right to cancel your order for any given reason. In the event your order is canceled, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been canceled, and any funds paid will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days.

If your order HAS NOT SHIPPED you may ATTEMPT to request order cancellation within TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS of your purchase by emailing smokahontasbakery@gmail.com.
Cancellations are NOT guaranteed.

Although we strive to minimize process times,

refunds may take over one week to process once we receive all required information.

 

In the event of a chargeback or dispute within 14 days of your purchase, Smokahontas Bakery reserves the right to BLACKLIST the customer from any future purchases or use of the smokahontasbakery.com website. Any future packages mailed with that customer's name or address will be immediately refunded.

Smokahontas Bakery can NOT accept returns of products or services purchased directly from Smokahontas Bakery as our products are perishable.
