Who We Are.
Smokahontas aka Smoke was raised in Detroit, Michigan, and gained a love for food at an early age. Smoke was inspired to learn various different cooking styles and techniques. While still in high school she earned a job at a prominent bakery in Detroit, Michigan, and started her baking career. Smoke earned a culinary internship with Walt Disney World Florida to pursue her love of food. From there Smoke worked in various restaurants and bakeries honing her skills. Eventually, she stumbled upon a secret ingredient and the rest is history.

Here at Smokahontas Bakery, we are well versed in a wide variety of products from desserts, candy, drinks, and meals. Our main objective is to bring a higher level of freshness, quality, and creativity through a rotating weekly menu to highlight various seasonal and themed ingredients. We are always looking to improve and expand. Though we have a set menu that changes weekly, businesses do have the option to buy in bulk and choose the items they prefer. Individuals are welcome to browse our current menu posted on our social media sites or create a custom order.
